    Hi all,
first time on the forums, been loitering for a bit.
    Lot's of useful stuff here.

This is my first MB and, after 4 months, I love the car, hate Comand Online.
    Truly appalling UI.
How many button presses to change the radio station? Why cant the SatNav find a long established postcode? If I'm in satnav mode, why does favourites button offer me the last few phone calls? Infuriating

We’ve been waiting....tick tock tick tock....
    Sorry about that- welcome!
Anyway not sure on the latest Comand but older ones like on my 212 are pretty good and intuitive - must bear that in mind when I eventually replace

Welcome and don't worry, the things you hate about your car are what gives it character and will be vastly outweighed by the things you'll love about it :)

    Welcome from me as well!

For all things Comand and ICE related, your best port of call is one of our forum sponsors, www.comand.co.uk, who know more about comand and MB ICE than MB themselves, and Richard and Alfie are very helpful. If you call them, it helps to have your VIN handy as they can look up you car build sheet from that and see exactly what your car came with.

You know you can add your own Favourites - it’s in the Manual!

    Welcome to the forum.

I’m not sure which Comand you have but changing radio station is not that arduous you can programme the buttons or tell it to change stations.

Postcodes in mine work really well I’m yet to find one that does not work and as Srdl says the favourites button are programmable.

I’m sure in time you will get used to your car.

Replying to this thread proved quite useful because I’ve just been out to my car and programmed my most used SatNav destinations, phone numbers, radio stations etc into the Favourites screen. It was not that intuitive and took a bit of messing around but easy once I got the hang of it!
