Hi and maybe someone could help!

New member here.
Thoroughly enjoying my first Mercedes and have just one very small issue to sort out.
The aux input socket has a problem and is only playing music on one side whereas the cd and radio are fine.
I'm fairly sure its the socket as I've tried loads of cables and when wiggled the sound does work both sides.
I've removed the glove box interior panel and can clearly get to the socket assembly but I cannot work out how to disconnect it and don't want to force it in any way.
See photo and if anyone can help that would be great.

It could be a dirty input, fluff and muck enter easily! So before disconnecting it, possibly spray a bit of switch cleaner or canned 'fresh air' (both avaliable at Halfords) into the hole. Hopefully just a poor contact inside so hopefully the spray will help. And... Welcome to the Merc club!!

Thanks for suggestions but already done all that and new socket behaves in exact same way so I’m looking into possibilities of wiring issues.
