High pressure pump

Slowly replacing every known problem that seems to be present in my 03 plate Ml270. Today I have ordered up a high pressure pump as it is leaking diesel from here. My question is. Is there a gasket I must order for between the pump and the main engine. The old pump is still in situ and will be till the pump arrives. Thankyou

Someone did a very good write-up on here a few years ago on how to strip down the pump and replace the seals. This might also detail the removal and refitting back to the engine. Worth a look.
