Is the siren battery under warranty?

My 2 yr old E class has an issue where the when locking the car the indicators all flash, pressing the lock button on the remote again stops the flashing, sometimesI can hear a noise like an indicator sound coming from left hand side of car near the front. Is this as I suspect from searching online an alarm problem, would the 3 yrs warranty cover it?

Mercedes replaced the siren on my used R Class within the 12 months warrenty so can't see why they wouldn't on your practically brand new car.

I'm still after 7 days waiting for a reply, in the meantime it'w working ok now.

I have the odd day were all lamps flash, and other times just the door lamps.it will be covered under the guarantee in your case, do not get passed off.
