Excellent speech by Jeremy today at the Brighton conference, delivered as any great speech should be without the drama and the self-righteous plaudits. No wonder the Tories see him as a danger ... to their future survival as a government party...

But whereas with Trump I had an uncanny feeling that he would storm to a win I'm quite ensure what the outcome would be if Mayhem called another election. And if she's forced to resign it's still not essential to call an election, anyway.

Well here we are all these months later and Jeremy the President in waiting addresses his adoring followers.
He was beaten by the dour old maid offering more austerity, so now waits for a rerun of the election.
Who knows, these are strange times and the masses are heartily sick of paying someone else's bills.
Trump the divisive one is looking quite attractive in comparison.

Fortunately we have another 4 years before another general election, by then Corbyn will be long gone, slain by his own followers in their rampant quest for victory by any means.

And in a dramatic electioneering switcheroo, the PM has just unveiled a tuition fee freeze and graduate loan repayment minimum wage increase. Actually doing half of what Corbyn made empty promises for (but this time, actually costed)- it will be interesting to see how many students flip to Conservative.

They still don't understand that adopting labour policies is only half of the battle... the only viable alternative to Mayhem is the Jeremy Factor. And their new policies will be costed behind closed doors and the party faithful will be told that it is has been costed...but not how it will be paid for.. they never do. Its Trust a Tory politics and costing.
I do remember that last time that there was no election until 2020.
The Tories would have one tomorrow if they could only get JEREMY to become their new leader.

The way you post about Labour you would think they are the answer to all our dreams. Dont you think all parties have a right and obligation to adopt policies of other parties if they are popular with the electorate? At least the Conservatives look at out much something will cost and work out how to pay for it, Labour made rediculous statements during the last election campaign purely to win votes and they had no idea if their proposals were possible or could be paid for.

As is always the case it is far easier to critise others than to effectively deal with issues yourself, this is exactly what the Labour parth are doing at the moment.
