The geo will need to be checked if aftermarket arm are fitted, as the can be very slightly a different length. Also check if modified camber bolts have been fitted and that they go back in same position.

Agreed. As I said earlier if you change an arm have the tracking done.

Disagree. If the arm is replaced due to a worn bush the alignment will be different irrespective of OE or third party parts. You have no guarantee the last alignment was not performed with a worn bush.

I didn't have the tracking done after a lower arm was changed but I did when the steering rack was replaced.

But you don't know if your tracking was right before/after the arm was replaced either...
