Looking for Diaphragm for fuel pump, Engine type 616

Hi Guys,
I wonder if anyone can help, I am looking for a diaphragm for my 1987 507d camper fuel pump, engine type 616914, if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated,(if not then a fuel pump would do) here are pictures.

And the pump itself.
