I have an SLK which has started to do something rather odd over the past few months.

The lumbar support on the driver's seat inflates on its own, predominantly when I go around a left handed curve at speeds of over 20 or so MPH.

I have sent it in to the dealer to have a look at it and they cannot replicate it!

Has anyone else had a similar fault? Does anyone know of an easy way to disconnect/turn off the the lumbar pump so that I can stop this happening for the time being?

Do you have the dynamic seats fitted, you can turn this feature off in the menu.

I have it and do not like it at all.

@Television- thank you for your response

Nope! No dynamic seats - it is an intermittent fault which happens from sideways forces.

It is probably due to a loose connection in either the switch or the pumping unit in the seat.

Interesting one as a valve has to open to let the air in,faulty switch maybe, the car is still under guarantee they must be able to fix it.
