Mercedes E Class 2003 320 cdi
Hi there,
I have a E Class 2003 320cdi 2003. I have this car for about 9 months with no faults so far, but from a few weeks I have a strange vibration when I accelerate gently and its coming somewhere from the coupe of the car.If I step on gas there is nothing. There are no codes on the car computer, all of the mountings and the suspension has been checked with no faults found as well, I also changed the 4 shock absorbers and the 4 new tyres with wheel alignment done, but the problem is still there. Also the gearbox is changing absoutely fine an has been serviced with original MB kit 7000 miles ago. So anyone got any suggestions what could be the problem?
Regards

Have you checked the propshaft bearing and mount?
How are your engine mounts?

Also check the rubber couplings on the propshaft.
