Mercedes me connect

Hi please help me...ive been trying all day to add retrieval status to my mercedes me connect and my car....i can't do it and not getting much help from mercedes either. any suggestions?

The website says:

If your vehicle features Mercedes connect me functions and has been linked to your account by your Mercedes-Benz service partner, please ensure that you have accepted the terms of use for the Remote Retrieval of Vehicle Status and have activated the service.

Regrettably, if your vehicle does not feature Mercedes connect me functions, remote data will not be available.
