Mercedes Specialist recommendation in East London

Hi, any recommendations for a mercedes specialist to have a look at my suspension for noises in east london area or start of essex. Been getting noises when i turn the steering wheel and squeeky brakes when wet. Thank you for your help

Before doing that though, sounds a bit to me like there might be grit or dust on your disc someplace- have you had a good close look? Worth doing that before going to more expense..
Presumably yours is the Hybrid?

Benzworx are Essex way, Im not sure how close to you it is...??
