Mercedes w204 electrical problems

Hi, I’m new to the this forum.
I have not long bought a w204 220d
2008.
Am currently on a long trip in France.
The car has delveloped an electrical fault, the indicators, brake lights, fuel gauge, rear wiper and heated seats stop working.
If I turn the car off it seems to reset and work for a bit.

Can anyone please help ?

Sorry for late reply but only just seen your post I don't know if you have sorted your problem but I had a similar electrical problem on my 2010 c200 and it turned out to be a soldered joint according to a merc mechanic although merc would not admit it, in that era they had problems with some soldered joints,my joint was 5 wires into 1.
