Need help my w220 is running with no balls

Need help new to The Forum previous BMW Susie Astic bought my new Benz or new to me 02 w220 and it has no balls anymore put my Solus Ultra from Snap-on and it says pin 87 or some something or other p2600 low-voltage can anyone guide me to where I need to go to fix this I've read a few threads saying it's the relay but I have no idea which relay and this point I just need a little help if anybody out there can help me out I'd appreciate it this is Charles from California San Mateo California I'm not even sure if I'm posting this in the right area so if I'm not any help with that too it would be appreciated at this point I'm the big dummy

Sounds like it's in limp mode. Check the battery first. Sounds like under voltage. Mercs at sensitive to incorrect voltages.
