new back window

i wonder if n e 1 cud help . yesterday i had a new back window fitted on my 280 sl , and the roof seems to struggle locating the holes when i drop it , i wondered if n e 1 has had this - i dont want to leave it if there is a prob , but dont want to go back if its just the roof settling after being disturbed many thanks.

Is this a 107 SL and d'you know if they took the hood off the frame or removed the lot complete? If it's the latter then the frame can be re-aligned.
