Hi everyone I have just joined up today, I have had my car since August this year, and love it.
It's my first 124 so it's been a bit of a learning curve sorting out a few issues as I go along, and lots more to come I'm sure.
The car is a '91 230ce with 113,000 miles on it, it's not winning any drag races but is a great cruiser, and not to bad on fuel, and very cheap to insure.
It's had a few bits changed by previous owners I'm told, I think the alloys are off a later e-class, the interior has been changed to mushroom leather, which is in really good condition, and I think the front grille is not it's original, like I say I'm still learning a lot about this model.
It's had a lot of paintwork done, some is not the best and I would like to get both rear quarter panels done soon, as they are the worse, it's completely solid though, no rust, which is a bonus.
I look forward to be an active member on here and would like to go to some local meets next year if there is any here down south.
