Ah... Defensive. So not wrong then.

No objection to mods that are legal. Illegal lights however are a pet hate as if you've ever been in a low slung car (lower than your lowered S class I hasten to add) in winter at night you might understand why.

So we now have illegal lights to go with the illegal tints.

I don't think they're keyboard warriors, most would remark in person. Thing is, you're taking an ellegan car and making it look something miles away from what it was designed to look like. I suppose this is an MB appreciation site, don't take it personally.

It is personal when people go out of their way to criticise instead of just moving on... a good forum runs on a community spirit and acceptance of others, giving help when needed. Shame the attitude here is the ‘dull men’s club’

My r230 is very much non-standard. For example 19" AMG split rims, nonstandard grille, LED rear lights, rear spoiler, subtle body kit and numerous other things too. The thing is ALL my mods are legal and appropriately e-marked where necessary. I don't have illegal lights, illegal tints or an F U attitude towards the law or other drivers.

You don’t like it when members point out you’re making your car illegal???

What advice or comments are you looking for? Pat on the head that you’re the bomb and your whip is the sickest in the hood?

Don’t think this forum would last long if the advice we give out and condone is illegal. I don’t see any keyboard warriors just decent advice. If you don’t like the advice you’re given press the report button.

You think this is just a forum for owners who keep everything OEM? Then you’ve missed a great many threads where owners are genuinely improving their cars and listening to advice from mechanics and engineers with many many many years experience.

If you don’t like it then I’m genuinely sorry for you but it’s not going to change.

Are you commenting on this particular forum, or just your posts in respect of illegal modifications to your car? Where considerable advice and assistance is given by members over many years.

Just a bit confused as to why you are throwing your toys out of the pram when perfectly valid comments are posted about your illegal modifications to your car, that you openly brag about as if it's something to be proud of.

Your comments make you sound like you are a snowflake. of the entitled generation and are missing something in your personality.

We are all different, I have always modded my cars from the ridiculous to the subtle (Black wheels on my current car and removal of chrome door strips and all badges)

The problem is the front window tints are illegal

I know, my front windows were tinted by the previous owner, he also put headrest TV / DVD players in
