Agreed. Its (one of) the reasons I'm not a fan.

They're not r230 (r230 wheels won't fit easily). No idea where they're from.

ET should be 10-35 for an R129 depending on wheel width, loads of room in the arches particularly at the rear, you can go lower

The offset was wrong on them so been corrected with 15mm spacers on the rear now which improves the look no end. Still want rid of them at some point though.
I was going to say I’ve been viano’s with these on! You after a set of the monoblocks I have? It would look so nice with the ones I have on yours too. These wheels have 20mm extra (275mm on the rear)

ET on those is 37 so 15mm spacers have reduced it to 22. Spacers on the front caused rubbing on full lock so will get them 'adjusted' to 7mm (Andy - I'll be talking to you nicely at some point ;))
No desire to go lower - I like the nice smooth ride.....
I had it on 17s for a while and the ride is much better (another reason I don't like the 19s) and would ideally like to find a suitable set of monoblocks in a 17.
For now though it'll stay as is as its in France (and I'm not) and I can't really justify changing the wheels unless I find some super cheap ones (like the w220 ones the other day). No rush....

Forgive me if I’m wrong we’re the 17’s on the C32 AMG?
And also while on the topic of wheel quickly does anyone know a good used alloy wheel supplier? My father needs 2 replacements on his CLS350 there absolutely trashed from pothole damage

C32 AMG?
Anyway, where are you, we can hopefully suggest local alloy wheel repairers- most recommend Lepsons if you have one close ish

Sorry I meant C36 AMG!
And they’ve been repaired about 3 times now, they keep cracking I think the alloys is just getting weaker and weaker!

17" Monoblocks were fitted to C43, C36 amongst others. The only issue with 17s is they are narrower than I would like unless I went for the three piece.
