I assume this has been covered previously but my search does not find the answers I seek.

2006 CLS 320 CDi

I have the above fault code which I believe is an O2 sensor fault.

Any info regarding part number, location and ease of replacement would be appreciated.

02 sensor is underneath the car and screws into the downpipe, has a green lead and a black plug. You can buy a bosch sensor from ECP a lot cheaper than the genuine article from Benz.

Sorry to bump a thread from the dead but would you happen to know the part number for the bank 1 sensor 1 Lambda sensor? I can see one on euro car parts but it's branded as "ERA"
