Morning all

I’ve got a 2010 E250 coupe

Quite a while ago I had an issue when initially starting the car up and moving for a few seconds car would not accelerate then it had full power.

Now last week it is driving terrible and won’t rev over 3000rpm. It’s not all the time and kicks in every now and again. Some times it clears or if I stop and switch off it might go away.

I had it plugged into a Delphi diagnostics and it had the fault code p0471 with no EML on.

Now the light has come on and the problem is still persistent. I don’t do a lot of miles and I know that’s not ideal.

Could it be the pressure sensor or is my DPF just blocked.

Any help would be great

Its the pressure sensor next to the egr valve. Common issue . about 49 quid to replace . 24 mm spanner .best if you can get a live pressure reading though.

Thank you. I thought it was. Was a torx bolt 2 pipes out the bottom. Going to collect one tomorrow. So I’ll see if it does the trick

Can’t seem to find the back pressure sensor. Does anyone have an image of where it may be?

The vacuum hose on the top of the water pump had come off put it back on but problem still persists
