Pictures needed of 200D engine bay and exhaust system

Hello

I am writing my pre-masters automotive engineering thesis on the development of car engine technologies, for one chapter I am to compare two engines 50 years apart. I would like to compare the OM615 (fitted to the W114 200D) with the OM654 (fitted to the current E200 d). I was wondering if anybody has pictures of the engine bay and exhaust system of a Mercedes 200D that they would be willing to share that I could include in my report. I would be most grateful for any help you can offer.
