possible piston rings gone 312d

Hi people, I have just made a disturbing discovery. I have been having starting issues taking alot of turns to fire and then when it does start its missing and rough until it warms up a little bit then comes to life. I thought it was heater plugs so I was warming it up before taking them out. Then noticed alot of oil has been coming out of the manifold gaskets. So took off some pipes and oil in most of them! Took off the oil cap and fumes were coming out, took the cam breather off just before the turbo and same fumes coming from there!! :-( any help greatly appreciated
