Problem joining

Tried to pay on line through my PayPal A/C. Times out and will not accept payment. I use IE9. I have had this problem before paying subscriptions. Thought I would flag it up. Let me know what happens in a few days.

Just informed that Paypal have now paid twice. Paypal need to get their site sorted. Have a check on your record please. Thanks.

just recall the second payment via paypal

Paypal will not allow me to recall payment so will ring the office Thursday.
