r107 abs sensor NLA

Hi all, I managed to break one of the abs sensors while trying to clean it - note to thers - remove the brake disc to clean the sensor rather than try to remove the sensor from the suspension leg!

It comes up as part 107 540 0017 or bosch 0265 001012 and then some other manufacturers but prices are very high and availability seems very limited! Looking at $300 fro one from the US that is non Merc/Bosch.

Sl shop has them listed at an eye watering £500 but not available anymore.

Does anyone know if one from a w126 will fit? It looks the same and as long as resistance is similar I guess it might do.

Yes i tried all of those RayH - none have any stock unfortunately. It looks like the w126 part has the same resistance and looks the same so may well work. Thanks!

Waiting to hear back from Ray Hennig's suggestion but from Merc it is on backorder and unlikely to do a run the helpful chap at Poole dealership said so the hunt goes on!

Yep - no availability anywhere - seems the w126 part has the same resitance and looks similar so I will try one of those and report back.
