R129 1996 imobiliser bypass?

I wonder if can anyone tell me how to bypass the immobiliser on a 96 SL280 (R129) it’s the model with the lights on the rear view mirror

Ok fair point, and on reflection a bit of a daft newbie question but if anyone does know would they be kind enough to PM me as I can prove I am the owner of the vehicle in question

Called an auto electrician turned out to be the fuel relay not the immobiliser
