Hello,

Is it possible to just change the lens on this type of cluster?

Was washing my car yesterday and have noticed a small hole in the driver's side rear indicator section.

Its going for an MOT and I seem to recall cracked lenses can result in a fail. Wasn't there last year for the MOT, or perhaps the tester missed it.

I can see entire replacement units on eBay for about £25, but I'm not sure how easy they are to fit.

Many thanks,

Yes the lens and bulb holders are separate items. The ones on ebay have the bulb holders. Both are easy to replace, just a couple of bolts into the rear wing. Had to replace one of mine recently when it got broke by an errant wheely bin.

Yes the cover just held with nuts, as long as its showing the correct colour not usually a problem

Thanks, could you upload a diagram showing the estate exploded parts please?
Where are the bolts holding it in place? Must I remove the carpet in the estate boot to access?

Shall order the part now and replace later week.

No carpet to remove. Just remove the spare wheel and all is revealed. Very easy job to do.

Ta, shall have a look.

Am rather annoyed with myself, I had a spare unit but there was a slight crack in the plastic, I think I only paid £10, but my wife wasn't happy about it hanging about, and I was made to throw it out! Now I need it :-(

There is a moral here somewhere... get a larger shed!
