sat nav 2003 sl350 help please

ok . here we go . 2003 mercedes sl. i purchased a new genuine command system via mercedes . it came i fitted it all hunky dorry . changed language to english uk . getting 5-7 sat signals but everytime i put in a destination it says not on digitised road . yet the car follows the route map fine . tried putting in tyre sizes . re installing the unit etc etc . any help please . cheers

Run through the 'Location' calibration.

Park up in a street a known distance from a junction either in front of you or behind you and then start the calibration.
