I hope they know which pump fits what as they are different for certain chassis breaks on some models.

I think that they may have overcome this, it was rather crazy having up to 8 different pump for the same chassis.

Even dealers can get it wrong and it's a pain as you can only tell when you go to program it.

christ ! just read that ,what a performance i want to stay as far away from the stealers for as long as i possibly can . does anyone know the min amount of kit i will need to be able to bleed brakes, change discs and pads when the time comes , i am just trying to plan ahead , i bought this car sl600 cos i wanted 1 something nice to drive and 2. i thought at some point that a good nic , well spec,ed low miles car like this might actually at some point go up in value . now i am thinking it will never become a classic, as it will be electronically dead long before its time. what do you guys think

Hi there.
I have star diagnostics C4 and just did a brake flush on my 2005 e320 cdi.
I noticed the pre drive check no longer works when I open the drivers door at beginning of day. there is only 11500 km on the car like new.
Any ideas? no other errors.
