Screeching noise when accelarating from a stop

Hey for some time i have noticed my 2011 E220 CDI makes an awful screeching noise when I accelarate a bit harder especially in the mornings and especially if the car has been stoppped for a while, if I press my foot down gently there is no noise but when I put it down heavy its embrassing! I thought it might have been the belt but got that replaced still the same issue, could anyone advice please?

Can you get an idea of where it comes from? Front/middle/rear? Could you record and upload to YouTube?

Sounds like an exhaust manifold leak. Either a blown gasket, cracked manifold or broken bolt (broken bolt is a common failure)

Fan belt Tensioner bearing? Or auxiliary belt tensioner if fitted?
