Hi,

Has anyone got the instructions on how to remove the brake light on the boot. I've got about 5 LEDs out that I want to try and repair. The seal around it has disintegrated so prob caused by water ingress!

Thanks in advance

I had a similar problem. I eventually stripped off the boot lid internal cover, and got the high level brake light out. The P.C.B. was heavily corroded, some tracks seemed to have disappeared and I had difficulty sourcing replacement L.E.D.'s, so I took the pragmatic approach and bought a new light! About £70.00 plus VAT, if I remember.
The moral-it's probably not worth the faff trying to repair the brake light, especially if the seal is dodgy anyway.
Good luck with your mission!

I thought that I had posted on the boot lining, though you do not have to remove it, just release enough to get to the lamp.

I do have the instructions that you can have.

Thanks, I'll get to it when the weather a bit better. Any chance of the instructions just in case?
