OK,
Now we have too many inconsistent, intermittent problems.
The best (only?) way forward is to get a good auto electrician on to the car , they MUST have an STAR diagnostic system to see the faults and values.
A good electrician will find the problem(s) within 1 hour.
I am a humble oilfield engineer and I could find all the problems in 15 mins.
This is not rocket science.

To help you even more, I can send you a 100% tested and working PSE unit which you could fit and that substitution will rule out if you have a faulty PSE.
If it makes no difference you just have to send back the PSE and just pay the postage (£15)

Thanks
David that would be a great help

Thanks David I work in oil and gas lol did the multimeter and it was zero soon as I did the test with out even touching the boot lid release

Cheers
Wade

OK, so now unplug both plugs from PSE and reconnect only the larger 10 pin.
Pump should run for a few seconds (4-5 secs)(and may run again after a pause)
Then short out (to ground) Pin1 on the smaller socket on the PSE.
The PSE will run / make noise and you should hear a noise in the boot lid (all this is with the boot lid open)

This test will tell us if it is the PSE or the wiring and switch in the bootlid (switch is in part 50 on the diagram).

Unplugged PSE pump Reconnected Large connector no noise no pump working also tested the brown yellow cable no power.

I can't see any water contamination as Ive had the pump out so its either the pump is History or the motor .

seem to recall Television offers a rebuild service and some one on eBay .

Not easy when you've been out of work for the last 18 months and you have to sort this type of Kak out.

I did do a repair service, but not any longer as the parts can be bought.
