SL500 Alloy Wheels....Opinions sought

I've got a 96 SL500 and its got what seems common place deep dish AMG style alloys, to me their pretty awful !
What was original fit and what do you guys think really suits these cars ???

I'm completely to suggestion (but tasteful please !!)

Variety is the spice of life! I really like the deep dish AMG wheels. I wouldn't swap mine but if an AMG set came along at the right price I'd be tempted.

there's a guy on the other side absolutely desperate to sell a set of turbines with tyres - no idea if they would fit, let alone look right though

Yes done that of coarse.... Plenty of images all right but the inconsiderate buggers didn't take them at the right angle for me...

Complain to Google turbines will have 14mm bolt holes, 129 have 12mm you can get special bolts

I had 17inch amg1 (now sat in my garage gathering dust)check your spare mine were 15 hole and refurbed a set bought from ebay remember the bolts will be different

prefer the 5 spoke amg alloys myself .dead easy to keep clean .

I still have a set of 5 wheels spare that I might use, SL600 wheels to 2006
