anyone notice the slaves getting stuck in the 1" of snow these days.... funny how 35 years ago (when it was normal to walk to school, arrive on time and stay all day when there was 8" of the stuff about for 4 days at a time, no one in a car ever had an issue

perhaps because back then every tyre had snipes and was an all season tyre? then they introduces nice big circumferal lines and binned the snipes, that way the slaves can be sat in confusion and chaos whilst the rich go by helicopter planning how to destroy another happy healthy society somewhere on the planet and we don't notice

Nothing to do with snipes... The problem with modern cars is stupidly wide tyres on stupidly big rims with stupidly small sidewalls coupled to far more power and torque than old cars.

until you invent 60% or lower profile tyres and run flat joke technology

Strangely enough I hadn't given a thought to those in enslavement or those travelling by helicopter, I was however giving some thought to having the wheels currently on my SL fitted with winter tyres which I can then swap out for the correct wheels come spring/summer.
