Sprinter rear door int handle

I need to remove a damaged bike carrier. To acheive this I need to remove the interior door panel. Before this I need to remover the interior door handle (off side rear door). Can someone help before I damage the plastic. I understand that the handle trim needs to be removed before the lever assembly can be unscrewed. I can see that the lower part of the door pull is a separate moulding and I guess this has to removed first.
