Not a great start- the company I intended to use for the wheel recolour seems to have gone bust! Luckily I hadn't paid a deposit- back to the drawing board though (have a couple of alternatives to consider locally)

Just been looking at a RAL colour chart and that was my choice....

It was the colour I was going for when I had my wheels done but it doesn't go with Tenorite as there is a blueish tinge to the paint, hence the satin black

Booked in with BPC now on the 18th. Sept - seems they actually bought over the company I was going to use! Ah well, at least I've saved £10 on the deal!

I like the black chrome, it isn't actually chrome at all, it is a base coat of black and then refinished in silver, this is the finish I was thininking of having on my RR wheels......

However.....if you chose a RAL code then touching up or refinishing one wheel at a later date if needed is probably a lot easier.
