The Iraq war controversy rises again with Sir John Chilcott accusing Tony Blair of not being "straight" but of being emotionally honest ?

Why has the man who exhaustively investigated the affair and found Blair to have been honest now engaged in this retrospective muddying of his reports findings ?

My position on this, Blair/ Bush and the UN allowed Iraq to fester for far too long.

Are the Conservatives getting the old Iraq war smokescreen out of the cupboard for some reason ?
