Transmission de-fault settings on W204 7 speed auto box

I expect there is already a thread on this subject but I could not find it, so here is the question. Can I set the transmission default mode to Sport rather the Economy setting that it defaults to at the moment ?

Thanks John, just looked at that and spent 10 minutes in the car going through the menu's, it would seem that the info on that thread relates to W205 not W204. Unless of course I am missing something

As a matter of interest, apart from making the gearbox more sensitive, what else does the sport mode do, if anything, bearing in mind that I have a W204 facelift

It basically holds revs longer before changing up, or kicks down sooner.

On my DCT it may make the changes a fraction quicker...

I tend to use S a lot in Devon, not to be sporty, but because it tends to be in a better gear for engine braking and rolling through & out of twisty/hilly sections.

The fact I get a bit more V8 burble & bark is a bonus...
