A decapitation strike is formally a military strike aimed at taking out the political leadership of a country, without targeting other infrastructure or facilities.

It is NOT NORMALLY DONE because most raving looney dictators who have just split the atom, become quiet, sane ones when the implications of their new found power sinks in. Also because it's usually a good idea to leave alive the people who can order a surrender of their forces. However, Mr Un has proven himself to not become quiet & sane, but increasingly belligerent...

children are most worried about Trump and Brexit what the hell are they being indoctrinated with ?

My youth and friends are excited by change and opportunity.

Trump raises differences of opinion between them which is good, the same with Brexit but none are worried.

And the reality is that he cannot affect anything much beyond a few hundred miles from his borders. He's a problem to China, Japan and the ROK and just a target list to the Cousins.
