I'd give both a call, find out what they can do for you and decide between them.
Bear in mind MSL can do a before and after dyno to see your increase. I don't know if GAD can dyno as well.

As your location is given in the Midlands, MSL are going to be closer.

Personally for me MSL would be the choice, GAD are still waiting for their dyno

I don’t believe that there’s a great performance enhancement difference between them (from searches on the web sometime ago)?
A call to each would be worthwhile.
I was very pleased with GAD’s service, (E350coupe) the car is considerably improved with no problems at all. In the end it was locality and therefore time that made the difference to me.

When you say considerably improved was this performance did you notice the difference straight away

The extra BHP and torque are similar at both GAD and MSL (or were!), it was my (time/travel) convenience that swung it for me, the improvement IS significant.
Yes it’s immediately evident but takes a few days for the car to ‘adapt’ and gets better - no regrets at all!!!
