Turbo replaced stopped working

Hi all first time on site. Ive just had a new turbo fitted,injectors overhalled, new glow plugs, head gasket and all the other parts to get my C220 cdi back on the road.Alas lastnight i had to be pushed off the roundabout by the local armed responce unit who where just passing. The turbo stopped working white smoke from exhaust then loss of power.Waited at side of the road for half hour tried starting,it fired up so drove home 10 mins, engine light on any one got a clue as to the problem....not more money i hope..

Could be so many things but most likely the new turbo or head gasket have failed. It needs to go back to whoever did the work - sounds like they messed something up.
