Hi thanks so much that was really quick. Looks like I have 527 COMAND DVD APS WITH NAVIGATION . any idea where the dvd is? Im assuming that has the map?

The SLK Comand would have the maps preloaded on the built in hard drive

thats what i thought

just been in for tyre pressure sensor under warranty. I asked them to update sat nav as i thought it had free updates for 3 years. They told me to update becker in glove box, mine dosnt have this?

It is more than 3 years old so no free updates. If it should have a Becker, it may have been removed or stolen. Does the Sat Nav work in the car?

Its only 3 years old in September. No Becker installed, yes satnav works well. Must be a
hard drive

Apologies I went by the delivery date. In which case don't let them fob you off! Call the service desk and get it booked in, let them deal with it
