Viseeo mbu-1000 not working

Mine used to work great but now phones will not connect and all lights are flashing on the unit. Tried master reset as per viseeostore help guide but does not do anything. Tried them but they said i need to contact viseeo.
Sent a technical request via viseeo website 2 weeks ago but no response so does anyone have any ideas? thanks
