Hi Guys,

Hoping some one on here can help me as we seem to be drawing a blank,

When I start the car the ABS and ASR lights do not do there preflight checks/lighting up the don't come on at all. bulbs have been tested and are fine.
Car needs to have at least the ABD light do its thing to pass out local inspection (MOT) so hoping its quite a simple one!

Thanks

Andy

ABS ecu, or relays under pump covering (if it's that type of pump), not many 140s around now so now "common" faults as such! I have alot of old 140 relays and ECUs if needed.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the reply its much appreciated! Is there any way (apart from star etc) that I can test to see what it is thats done?

I see that you sell parts too, that should come in handy! I'm in Northern Ireland so pretty much stuffed when it comes to parts and servicing!

So no Merc specialists in NI then? I suspect you live in the sticks.

By your replies to my threads it seems that you have some sort of connection to NI?
In reply to your question, while there are "specialists" I personally have not had the best of experiences with them bar one which is a 2 hour excursion and a substantial wait for a space in which time i could have sorted any issues with a bit of help and saved myself using a personal day.
As for living in the sticks, thats subjective on who remote one would class "the sticks"
