The easy answer is that you can't, idle speed along with every other aspect of engine control/management is determined by the ECU. If your idle speed is too low then there is a bad signal from a sensor or a communication issue or worst case scenario an ECU fault. You need accurate diagnosis. But to cheer you up I would put money on the MAF or the air intake temp sensor both are cheap and easy.

spent 2 hr reading up on my star kit only reference i can find on this, ISC control ,ISC adjustment . 0 documents,!! aint life grand. at warm idle the car has a noise like a plastic component touching the frame somewhere ,so i am looking for that first and as said it seems about 50 odd rpm too low, maybe the MAF opening requires cleaning,? i will look ,but wont be cleaning much as i am not looking to aggrivate issue, it operates normaly at start ,rpm up and a min or so later down. its just annoying when warming up from idle on cold day.

have yet to find any reference even in star on how to up it. , will try tomorrow if not freezing|! its the weather that has led me to want to up the idle speed.might be the london brick solution, on the pedal , if it all gets too traumatic.

If it's only 50 rpm too low then I wouldn't sweat about it. Is it causing a stall issue or a driveability problem?

had it on star today . warm idle 740 so decided to leave it alone, no method to raise or lower seen. no faults indicated either except srs which is related to the seat ,saying its occupied, which it aint. i had it unplugged some weeks ago so i guess it needs doing again.
