Hello,
I have a 2001 W210 E240 Estate Car and it occasionally goes into limp mode when driving it normallyl. This manifests itself as the throttle pedal having very little effect unless floored. Stopping the car and restarting the engine does the trick and gives me a normal throttle once again until the next time it does it. These events used to be months apart but now they are happening much more frequently. I am sure I am not the first with this problem and I would appreciate some advice as to what it is?
