Unlikely to be gearbox. Rubber donuts or prop bearing would be my pick.

update on judder,got very bad,
did homework on this site and all over the web,
followed lost kiwi advice,
donut ok ,
replaced gearbox mount,
centre bearing with housing was replaced,
rubber ring in housing was well shot,
drive improved slightly,
decided to read up on dr trannies shudder fix,
the more i read it the more it pointed me to the lock up valve,
decided to invest in 4 tubes for £24...e bay...
got car to operating temp,
put in 2 tubes,
drove for 15 mins,
following day drove for 25 miles,
felt a slight improvement,
that night as a cabby drove about 75 miles constantly up and down the box as most was town work,
at 3 am got out on the bypass and ran it up to about 80 mph,
absolutely amazing,
shudder virtually gone,
over the next week got better still,
stuck the other 2 tubes in.
have now done a couple of thousand miles,
very happy cabby chappy,
so if it was the lock up valve it must have cleaned a jet out,

hope this is of help to someone......
