Is there a brighter bulb I can plug and play in my 2004 head lamps. They are really rubbish and Im struggling to see at night. The main beam is fine.

Osram Night breaker ultimate are the bulb of choice for many.

These will be the D2R lamps. Osram XENARC Nightbreaker are the brightest on the market. I swear by them and have them in both my 211 and 215.
