W212 convertible front grill

I’m thinking of changing my stock front grill for a full black one. Has anyone else done this? If so where did you get one from? I can’t seem to find any for my model.

If it's a convertible it will be a 207 not a 212 so make sure you order the correct size. I would imagine a 212 grill is larger than a 207.

Yep you need a grill for an A207 (C207 and W207) not a 212 grill. They are also different between the pre-facelift and facelift models.

If you have a 2012 that should be a pre-facelift model.

Thanks for the replies guys. Saved me a small fortune in buying the wrong grill! Still new to the Mercedes brand so all advice is more than welcome. How would you know if mine was a pre or post face lift model? I’ve uploaded some photos of that helps. Thanks

That's a pre-facelift.

As already said, yours is pre facelift.
The facelift has single headlights as opposed to your twin effect lights.
