The suspension on my 2013 E300 bluetec hybrid seems too firm. Is it adjustable. If so can I do it or is it a garage job.

Welcome Stuart
I had the exact same model and year, first thing to do is drop the tyre pressures 4-5psi- these are normally inflated ludicrously High to try to achieve the claimed MPG
It will transform the ride

Hello and welcome. Is it an AMG Line car by any chance?

No it's not an AMG line. Thanks for replying though.

Hmm. The AMG Line cars do have stiffer suspension & damping to the SE cars (and 25mm less travel). That you’re finding the ride harsh can only be:

Tyre pressures or;
You’re used to a FAR more forgiving ride.

Tyre pressures is my bet, to achieve the 65+ mpg claimed they need to be rock hard!

As your car is a similar weight to mine circa 1950kg I'm running mine at 33psi front and 35psi rear which seems a reasonable compromise, due to the weight of the car I wouldn't go below 32 on either axle
