You must have great rds compared to us , we are lucky to get 20 minutes at 60 mpg before hitting traffic or tight bends. Lol. Good mpg there.
That was a run on the A34, M40, A43 & M1 on a Thursday not a Friday - Friday I did similar miles but only averaged 36mph

Washed it ready for half term mini break at scarefest Alton Towers.

It'll need doing again after we get back :(

Towing the caravan up on Tuesday, hope none coming toward us on the M40  Staying on a working farm CL just past the JCB factory.

Weather was so nice I thought I would do a quick oil and filter change on the Clk . Used my Pela pump and my 20L trade bucket of 229.51 oil (only 5.5L from it ) . 6000 miles since my last change .
Probably took 1.5 hours all in , but there was no hurry in the sun :D

.
Cleaned the interior, including all leather; treated all rubber; removed 2.4 million dead bugs from the grille and lights; replaced position lights bulbs; wiped the engine bay; cleaned all windows and wheels. Ready for a wash tomorrow ...

Wash the bath??? isn't that managements responsibility?
You have a good point there. I’m not qualified for domestic cleaning!

It surely is. We did last October half term at the race course, and Whitsun. Then did a mini break in the summer school holidays at this CL.

Merlin annual passes are worth their weight in gold with youngsters.

One of the problems we have with a dishy Dethleff is the width, it’s just a gnat’s nadger under 8’ and that can be awkward through narrow lanes or farm gates.

You mean you ae going to put the wheel and tyre in a big bucket of water ;)
Well, leak report was conclusive. The rim didn’t cause the problem... the mobile tyre fitter did. Valve seat had crud buildup not cleaned away, so the tyre lost pressure through the valve seat area and had died of heat soak by the time it went to my local tyre fitters.

So, a new Roadshark ordered and a claim for refund out to tyresonthedrive...

MTFU you can use street view to ascertain the roads. Most farm kit that goes through gates and down lanes is very much bigger then you are!!! :p:p

We are very long so the articulation is different. But we manage :D:D It's mind over matter.

The CL we are using next week is here:

Easy access, you wimp!! :D:D:D

Recently had the early stages of wheel arch rust removed, stone chip protection applied and the rear 1/4 panel re sprayed (windows removed).

While the interior trim panels were still out, I took the opportunity to fill up the inside of the arch/rear 1/4 with Dynax S50. A nice day for spending a couple of hours working on the car, very rewarding.

The farm kit is less important on the whole getting- scratched- and- me- picking- up- the- tab thing than my van... not sure how long yours is, mine is just under 8m and the 211 is 5m, so not a short rig.

Wimp? F*** yes where my paint’s concerned! ;)

Managed to squeeze my car into the garage. Last week I was defeated, this week I managed it - a good feeling. I'm intending to drive it tomorrow then one last clean and away for the winter. Maybe just pull it out for a run if there's a window in the weather.
