Ahhh... That's what service time is for! According to my beloved.

OMG!!!! 10.000 miles to a tank of fuel??? Where can I get me one of these?

Either of the top two but definitely not the bottom one - it's vile!

Ask Mrs RH... although make sure you've got the required mug on standby 24/7 for when the car has its inevitable wobble!!! ;)

I too am that mug, just ask she who must be obeyed.

I must be, it's minus 1 and I'm in the garage (unheated) replacing the wiper linkage assembly on Swmbos car. Definite MUG

PLEASE, not the chrome one, that's absolutely hideous!
No.2 looks ok not so sure of the multi fit arrangement however, I prefer No.1 for simplicity and ease of cleaning

Those are just finishes, none of them is my style of rim.

Oops! Sorry, put it down to tiredness. Still prefer either 1, or, 2, tbh the chrome look just doesn’t do it for me at all.

2 was my favourite but seeing the chrome powder coat in real life is temping ,the photo of them is poor , but the chrome finish is only available if the rims clean up like
new , I had chrome before on a Jaguar . It depends if I am going to stay big stardard with the s type or maybe go a bit mad. Lol

Been driving it and it has now done more than 1,000 miles so is now run in. Interestingly, the label on the windscreen talks about “Breaking In” a new vehicle but I thought that was for horses!

Did a 260 mile round trip at the weekend for a night away at Birmingham to see Jeff Wayne's “War of the Worlds” at the NEC (highly recommended) and a further 130 mile round trip yesterday for the Festival of Light at Longleat (also highly recommended). I can’t get over how well it handles for a tall car weighing two tons. It shouldn’t be able to go round roundabouts like this and it does it with so much ease that Mrs L doesn’t even seem to notice that I’m pushing it s bit. Perhaps I’m not trying hard enough :p
